I’ve never seen a sweet potato ooze juice like this, but then again, I’ve never eaten home grown sweet potatoes before.  It’s like sweet potatoes have a xylem and phloem system.  Fascinating.

    Yum! We grew sweet potatoes this year too- I thought harvesting them was the coolest thing…I felt like I was discovering treasure!
